The palate offers notes of red fruits, rhubarb, liquorice, honey, peach and burnt molasses.

    Very nice sipping rum. Has a nice warming aftertaste. It’s not particularly sweet (I usually go for a Demerara rum or a Cuban rum) but is a nice change of scene. This is my first foray into the Compagnie des Indes range and I’m looking forward to trying some others.
