    Long story short, this is outstanding. If you are a fan of that Arran signature flavour profile, but are also enjoy the influence of a top notch Sherry cask, this is for you. It has all the character of Arrans younger expressions, but it comes with so many more stories to tell. Rich, luxurious, well tempered and complex, give it time in the glass and a drop or two of water, it will take your senses for a long, smooth, enlightening ride.

    Amazing whisky with good presentation: bottled at 46% ABV, Non chill filtered and Natural colour, a beautiful copper colour. On the nose: apricot, orange, dried fruits, chocolate and sherry notes. On the taste: it is sweet and sour, with a fantastic oily texture with notes of dried fruits, orange, dark chocolate, sherry and spices. Complex and yet balanced. The finish is lovely, medium long, with dried fruits and spices, and with a wonderful sweetness. A terrific dram, from this quite recent distillery that makes very good single malts.
