I loved this so much. It's such a shame they stopped making it.
I bought a bottle back in 2003 on a visit to Scotland. When i made it home to Australia i had planned to share this with my friends.. One small dram and my hedonistic side reminded me I have no actual friends and I threw this down like i was on my way to the gallows.. Ive not seen this in any bottle shop in Australia and I have always regretted nor buying a dozen spares to bury round the garden, otherwise id be digging one up tonight! I still have the empty sat on my garage window sill as a cruel reminder of this delicious liqueur
We have just finished our last bottle it’s delicious am not usually a whiskey drinker but this is one I really enjoyed
I bought a bottle while visiting and brought it home for my husband. He absolutely loved it!! Ordering on line for him until I return. Hoping to make it a Christmas present this year.
It WAS a lovely liqueur. I phoned castle in Aboyne yesterday 13 april 2018 to see if I could buy, but was informed they stopped making this 3 years ago. So sad, it was lovely.
