A limited-edition añejo Tequila from Ocho, this 100% agave spirit has been matured for 12 months in American white oak casks, before being finished for three months in French oak that previously help Plantation rum. Aromas of green grass, jalapeño brine, spicy nutmeg, gingerbread and vanilla fill the nose. The palate offers notes of tropical fruits, capsicum, coconut, tarte tatin and steamed vegetables.

    • Nose

      The nose delivers green grass, acidity in the form of jalapeño brine, spicy nutmeg, and gingerbread and vanilla custard sweetness.

    • Palate

      Hints of ripe tropical fruit – mango and papaya – interact pleasantly with capsicum and pimentón vegetal notes. Earthy minerality, coconut, steamed carrot, tarte tatin and cooked apple contribute to the complex flavour profile.
