Koshu is the grape that is beginning to put Japan on the map wine-wise. It is a delicate white wine and Grace Vineyards, one of Japans top wineries, grows their Koshu high up in the mountains giving it a lean, mineral edge and a crisp freshness. Delicate herbal notes, with grapefruit and white flowers make it the perfect accompaniment for sushi and sashimi.
