  • Ning Heywood, The Whisky Exchange

    • Nose

Rich caramel leads the charge, followed by smooth, sweet aromas of peaches in syrup, dusty hay and bittersweet charred pineapple

    • Palate

Bold, spicy crystalised ginger and toffee apples burst forward, slowly building into notes of grass, white pepper and summer flowers

    • Finish

Bitter burnt sugar and delicate, overripe pears develop and linger in the finish

  • Billy Abbott, The Whisky Exchange

    • Nose

Roasted bananas and dulce de leche, candied lemons, pineapple cube and rhubarb & custard sweets, golden syrup, barley sugar, egg custard tarts, brown sugar, stewed apples and sultanas.

    • Palate

Thick and fruity, with the banana and pineapple of the nose joined by fresh apples and pears, marzipan and maraschino liqueur. Oaky spice pops up at the back, with nutmeg and a touch of clove.
