A 33-year-old limited-edition Big Peat blended malt from Douglas Laing, this sweet and smoky whisky has been finished in a combination of Cognac and sherry casks. Aromas of ripe plums, brown sugar and juicy peaches fill the nose, alongside sweet peat smoke. The palate offers notes of red apples, smoky bacon, rich malt and aromatic peat, with toasted almonds, baking spices and orange marmalade lingering in the finish.
