A Clynelish from Parcel No.2 of indie bottler Elixir Distillers' Reserve Cask series. Distilled in 2010 and 2011 and matured in five barrels for eight years, it has aromas of chocolate-coated honeycomb, cloudy apple juice and boiled sweeties on the nose. The palate offers notes of honey, custard-filled pastries and delicate herbs.
