A 1987 Invergordon single grain whisky from indie bottler Elixir Distillers, matured in a single barrel for 32 years before being bottled in March 2020 as part of its Whisky Trail Video Games series. Aromas of pears, marzipan, honey, cayenne pepper and lilies fill the nose. The palate offers notes of vanilla, maple and pecan pastries, caramel and strawberry that linger in the finish.
