I dont understand the positive reviews for this... I bought a bottle after seeing lots of great reviews and it will be staying on the shelf for a while. Cracked it open to try it neat and was hit with the smell or new shoes, had a sip and tasted the same with a hint of cardboard. Made a mezcal margarita which was equally as horrible. I'm a whisky drinker normally so perhaps I should of just stuck to what I know but I won't be buying this again.

Exactly what I wanted in a Mezcal. Lightly smoked, citrus and tropical fruit. Beautiful straight up or in a Mezcal Negroni. Lovely!
