A young Ragtime Rye whiskey from New York Distilling Company that was bottled in bond after at least four years in oak casks. Aromas of dark fruits and maple syrup open on the nose, followed by white pepper, cola cubes and tart cherries. The palate offers notes of cinnamon, nutmeg and oak spice, developing hints of leather, jammy berries and creamy vanilla.

    Paddy,

    Hard to believe this is only 4 y/o. The only point this whisky shows it's age is in a little bit of alcohol nip but other than that, it is a complex & delicious dram. Cinnamon, Clove, Nutmeg, Cola Cubes, Pepper, Vanilla, A little Cherry preserve on the finish, Virginia tobacco and the slightest of slight hints of pepper mint. If you enjoy Rye, this whisky is well worth considering.
