    What taste! Can't really describe it, but I get why they call it a gin substitute. It is truly magical with tonic water, and Dry Martini as well. Have to try it further, but this is definitely worth a purchase.

    Citrus, grapefruit and subtle caraway. Has a fruity sweetness to it, although it being a dry aquavit. The freshness makes this something different to the aquavit I am used to. Instead of the caraway overvelming you it gives it just enough spice to balance the fruitiness, and this is also why it works well in coctails. Would recomment trying it with an indian tonic that is not too sweet, i.e. Thomas Henry or Fever Tree. My preference however was to serve it as a martini, and I used grapefruit peel. Refreshing to try something different, and I will have a lot of fun serving this to friends and family telling them they are drinking aquavit. This was a great find!
