Ocho Jamaican Rum Cask Finish
A Perfect Measure sample bottle of a limited-edition añejo Tequila from Ocho, this 100% agave spirit has been matured for 12 months in American white oak casks, before being finished for three months in French oak that previously help Plantation rum. Aromas of green grass, jalapeño brine, spicy nutmeg, gingerbread and vanilla fill the nose. The palate offers notes of tropical fruits, capsicum, coconut, tarte tatin and steamed vegetables.
