Fino Negroni

A sherry-rich take on the classic Negroni, bringing together gin-alternative Victory with Jerez vermouth and dry-as-a-bone Tio Pepe Fino sherry.

The Recipe

  • 20ml Lustau Vermut de Jerez
  • 20ml Victory Bitter
  • 30ml Tio Pepe Fino Sherry

The Method

Add ingredients to a mixing glass and fill with ice. Stir to chill and dilute. Strain into a rocks glass over ice and garnish with a slice of orange and an olive.
