To make a Welcome to Havana cocktail stir 40ml of Havana seven-year-old rum, 20ml of Cocchi Vermouth di Torino, 15ml of Crème de Banane and 5ml of Jameson Black Barrel over ice. Garnish with a chip of dried banana and serve.
