Bring the bar home with this cocktail bundle inspired by the Banana Rum Old Fashioned, created by Sly Augustin from Trailer Happiness. This bundle includes a bottle of Appleton Estate Reserve Blend rum, Giffard Crème Banane, Monin Gomme syrup and Bob's Chocolate Bitters.
To make a Banana Rum Old Fashioned add 10ml of sugar syrup to a rocks glass and muddle with two dashes of bitters. Add 10ml of Crème Banane and 60ml of Appleton Estate Reserve Blend rum and stir, add ice and stir for 20 seconds. Rub the rim of the glass with a slice of orange, then add it to the drink as garnish.

Banana Old Fashioned
A rummy take on the classic Old Fashioned with a chocolate-banana twist.
The Recipe
- 60ml Appleton Estate rum
- 10ml Giffard Crème de Banane Liqueur
- 10ml Monin Gomme
- 2 dashes Bob's Chocolate Bitters
The Method
Add sugar syrup to an empty rocks glass and mix with two dashes of bitters. Add banana liqueur, rum and ice, and stir for 20 seconds. Rub a slice of orange peel around the rim of the glass then add to drink as garnish.
