Yacht Club
A rum twist on the classic Manhattan, with an extra kick of apricot fruitiness.
The Recipe
- 40ml Appleton Gold Reserve
- 15ml Cocchi Torino
- 10ml Giffard Abricot de Rousillon
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
The Method
Stir with ice and strain into a coupette. Garnish with discarded orange zest
