The Recipe
- 30ml Bombay Sapphire
- 30ml Muyu Jasmine Verte
- 30ml Dona Paula Sauvignon Blanc
The Method
Stir the ingredients with ice. Pour into a coupette and garnish with lemon peel.
Blue Bar at The Berkeley

The Spring Equinox was created by bar manager and experimental mixologist Raffaele Di Monaco. While known for some of the bars more crazy inventions, he also created this future classic that's just the thing to make at home.
