Trebbiano is one of Italy’s work horse grapes but here it shows that it is not just for boring white wines. This wine shows pretty floral notes of white flower ad citrus blossom as well as freshly cut pear. On the palate it is ripe and round with the same delicate floral notes and citrus lift. One for the aperitif hour or to pear with sashimi or a light salad.
