Made with a combination of rums from Guyana, Jamaica, Barbados and Trinidad, this rum offers layers of flavour with notes of liquorice, vanilla beans, lime juice, dark chocolate, brandy-poached pears and mint, with hints of roast nuts and sweet bananas.

This is a stonking rum. If the daily tot tasted anything like this, I'm impressed. Very broody molasses, caramel, fruits, vanilla on the nose and palate, with a very, very long finish that starts as caramel dark chocolate and ends as clean, fresh demerara sugar. This is one of the best rums I've ever tried.
