Matured for at least 12 years in Jamaica, you can expect notes tropical fruit, hazelnuts and molasses, complemented by creamy vanilla, freshly ground coffee and bright orange zest.

From a perspective of scotch lover, this is a wonderful dram, particularly for someone who enjoys heavily sherried whiskies. A perfect winter dram. Sweet, a lot of burnt caramel, chocolate, coffee. Enjoy it neat, obviously.
On the nose lots of vanilla it’s got that Appleton’s smell they all have it don’t they? Soft on the pallet I’m getting bananas citrus maybe some orange peal follows by a nice slow burn possibly some alcohol then lots of burnt sugar I’m salivating writing this .
Wait, no comments on what I would say is the finest rum. This is the standard which other rum distillers try to attain. My god, I'm speechless. I'd better have a sip of the 12yr to calm me down....
