Diplomatico Seleccion de Familia Rum

Located at the foot of the Andes Mountains in Venezuela, Distilerias Unidas S.A is the home of Ron Diplomatico. Using locally-grown sugarcane, Diplomatico is made using three unique types of still – Barbett column, Batch Kettle and copper pot stills – creating rich, complex layers of fruit and spice on the palate.

Diplomatico’s Distilerias Unidas is located in the Terepaima National Park, in the foothills of the Andes Mountains, and has dedicated itself to protecting the environment, creating a system for managing its sub-products and recycling waste, while optimising its resources. The distillery is working to reduce both its energy usage and greenhouse emissions, and has already successfully reduced its water consumption for production by half.
