Tasting Notes

Tasting Notes

  • Billy Abbott, The Whisky Exchange

    • Nose

Roasted bananas – fruit and peel – with crunchy toffee apples, chocolate-dipped cinder toffee and buckets of oozey salted caramel. Darker notes of sweet black coffee and chocolate develop.

    • Palate

Spicy to start, with freshly sawn oak and hot cinnamon pulling back to reveal thick toffee, singed orange zest, ginger nut biscuits and vanilla fudge.

    • Finish

Cinnamon cookies with a grind of black pepper fade to leave créme brûlée.
