A fruity, funky rum from Foursquare distillery in Barbados, Nobiliary was matured for 14 years in ex-bourbon casks. The result is an intensely fruity character, with aromas of pineapple, stewed apples, fruit cake and vanilla on the nose. The palate offers notes of brown sugar, spiced sponge cake, rich fruit cake, oranges and liquorice. Try it now with this Perfect Measure sample bottle.

    Coming from a whisky background but now diversifying with Rums. I found this rum really nice, my first Foursquare rum, easy sipper, beautiful nose akin to a really dense rich Kentucky straight bourbon. But with the the benefits of Rum tropical fruits (Banana, Mango and sweet Cherry) notes and on the palate sweet, rich and long with some cask influence to be found. The ABV integrates well but I love cask strength anything so give it time in the glass, slow down everything and sit back and drift away with this bad boy rum. A steal at this price level...

    Amazing! Intense, with sweeter and fruitier notes than most of Foursquares. Warning: surprisingly alcohol heat is much more pronounced than in 59% 2005 (I don't mind, but you might)

    I was blown away when I tried this product during a twitter tasting just 5 days ago. I had to purchase this as an early birthday present to myself. You can sit and smell this rum for ages before taking pleasure in consuming afterwards. This rum is a winner.
