    For the price this is a pleasant dram. It's very smooth, quite sweet and apparently quite peaty although I'm not getting much of that whilst tasting but it's down to individual taste isn't it.

    As always with whisky its personal preference; I have enjoyed it. I think the flavour profile description above, is very close to the mark. Very easy to drink and a good introduction to Islay whisky, if a little sweet for some, at a very competitive price if you shop around

    May be from Bowmore,(also looks like a Bowmore box upside down) but a very nice whisky anyway and great value.

    As with everything whisky based, its personal preference. Personally, this whisky was not my bag at all. Although not overly smokey, it's all smoke and no peat. I actually could only finish this bottle by mixing it, creating a ridiculous amount of whisky ginger beers. I wont be purchasing this particular bottle again.
