Made with a blend of eaux-de-vie from grapes grown in the Grande Champagne town of Bellevigne, Delamain Pale & Dry Centenaire is a fruity, floral XO Cognac with notes of peonies, apricots, orange and vanilla throughout the palate.

This blend is an evolution of Delamain's XO, created to celebrate Pale & Dry's 100th anniversary. This is a more intense Cognac than the standard bottling, with heightened flavours and a slightly higher ABV.

    • Nose

      Intensely fruity with mango, lychee, nectarine, apricot, pine nuts, wildflowers and herbal honey. Over time things get richer, showing tangerine and pannetone-like notes of sultana and candied peel.

    • Palate

      Dry and delicate with peaches, yellow wine gums, orange bitters, Thai basil, hazelnuts, chestnuts, vanilla and Mirabelle plums.

    • Finish

      Long and elegant with lingering stone fruit, honey and almond.
