The second release in Christian Drouin's Experimental series, Mars Angels eau de vie de cidre is a meeting of Normandy and Japan and has spent eight months in Komagatake single malt casks from Mars distillery. Fruity and malty, it offers notes of cinnamon-baked apples, toasted oak, sweet malt and warm spices throughout the palate.
