A seven year old Irish whiskey, Blue Spot has been matured in a combination of bourbon, sherry and Madeira casks. This created aromas of pineapple, kiwi, green banana, lime zest, cinnamon baked apple and hazelnut that fill the nose and are echoed on the palate.
