Ardmore 1994 Reviews
Tasting Notes by Tim FVery promising peaty, honeyed nose with traces of heather and coal tar soap. Bursts to life on the palate, with an immense, really profound, chewy peat character that goes on and on and on, with the honey and some spices surfacing occasionally before a medicinal, peaty, smoked fish finish. A massive dram – peat-lovers will adore it, but definitely not for the uninitiated.

Apologies, Speyside it very much is (although with the amount of peat used on this baby anyone could be forgiven for thinking it was an Islay malt if tasted blind). Thanks for pointing out the error.
Ardmore- hmm last week it was Speyside..?
