A 1991 Girvan single grain whisky from indie bottler Watt Whisky, matured in a single bourbon barrel for almost three decades, before being bottled in 2020 as part of the second wave of whiskies from Watt Whisky. The palate offers notes of vanilla fudge, orange zest, cloves, golden syrup, peaches and crunchy green apples that linger in the finish.
