A 2007 Worthy Park WPL rum from independent bottler Habitation Velier, matured in ex-bourbon casks for a decade, before being bottled in 2017. Lively aromas of pineapple and coconut are joined by dried tea, milk chocolate, toffee and caramel on the nose. The palate offers notes of almond, cashew, cinnamon, ginger, orange and banoffee pie that linger in the finish.
