A 2014 Bunnahabhain Staoisha single malt from indie bottler La Maison du Whisky, matured in a refill sherry butt for five years before being bottles as part of its Artist Collective series. Aromas of smoked meats, petrol, salty olives, candied lemon and violets fill the nose, as well as waves of peat smoke, complemented by notes of pears, clove, liquorice, acrid peat and garden herbs throughout the palate.
