This kombucha was born out of founder Louise Avery's love of foraging and natural ingredients. First produced in her kitchen it is now made and bottled in their micro brewery in Suffolk. This lovely aperitif is inspired by the English countryside. A blend of Assam and White Monkey tea combined with Devon rose petals and wild elderflower.

    A refreshing, light and extremely delicious alternative to your favourite glass of fizz. Unlike other brands I did not suffer from being unable to sleep (due to the caffine). A wonderful aperitif and surprisingly goes well with a light dinner.
