A Perfect Measure sample bottle of a 2010 single malt from bottler Watt Whisky, distilled at a mystery Highland distillery and matured in a single hogshead for a decade, before being bottled in 2020. The palate offers notes of nougat, peppermint, allspice and honey, with an oily, briny undertone that lingers in the finish.
