A Perfect Measure sample bottle of an organic single malt whisky from Nc'Nean, made with Scottish barley and matured in a combination of specially-selected red wine and American whiskey casks. The palate offers notes of lemon curd, poached peaches, juicy apricots and spicy white pepper.

This is a fabulous whisky! It is smooth, but full of flavour. The only issue is it might be too delicious, so we might finish it too fast. It is fantastic. New favourite for sure! The fact that it is organic and uses only renewable energy and recycled bottles is a nice bonus. The price is a bit stiff but it is absolutely worth it!

This was a gift for my malt whisky loving partner at Christmas. He has tried other organic malts before and was very pleased indeed with this one - very smooth... The packaging and bottle is exquisite - a lot of love has gone into this product (and I will be saving the bottle when empty!). Arrived in good time, thank you.
