Plantation Fiji 2005 15 Year Old

A limited-edition Fijian rum from Plantation, distilled in 2005 by South Pacific Distillery and matured for 14 years in Fiji before being transported to France where it was matured for a further year in French oak casks. Aromas of crème Brulee and orange zest open on the nose, followed by roasted nuts and dried fruits. The palate offers notes of vanilla, meringues, walnuts, menthol and oak that linger in the finish.
