Part of Midleton's Virgin Irish Oak Collection, Tree 5 has been matured in a combination of ex-bourbon barrels and specially-made Irish oak casks from Knockrath Estate in County Wicklow. Aromas of ginger, white pepper, vanilla, roasted coffee beans, apples and pears fill the nose, complemented by notes of sweet oak spice, milk chocolate, honeycomb and raspberries throughout the palate.
