Interesting choices and generally agree with most - but I'd shoehorn a Glenmorangie Portwood in there somewhere as it basically kicked off the cask finishing genre (without digging too deeply into the history of cask storage). Swap the 'Farclas for a'Bunadh (sorry George), Michter's or Ritt 100??? And given the resurgence in Irish, surely a Redbreast 12 could nudge out that Nikka Coffey (however brilliant it is)
