The Discarded range seeks to use these materials to craft tasty drinks with a heart of gold — from the rum here to a grape skin vodka and a coffee cherry vermouth.
Warm banana bread and treacle, with notes of dried fruit, toasted cinnamon and rich butterscotch.
Rich flavours of banoffee pie and sticky toffee pudding, with deep fruity flavours of milk chocolate raisins and a crystallized ginger finish.
Yes we have tried the banana infused rum, it is smooth, tasty and goes down really easy. Reminds you of being in the Caribbean.
