A clean, fruity vodka from Discarded Spirits Co, made using pomace – the skins, stems and seeds of grapes used left-over from the wine-making process – to distill the vodka, alongside wine-alcohol left-over from the making of alcohol-free wine. This creates notes of Williams pear, guava, green apples and almond croissants on the palate.

    Found this gem in my local while visiting friends in Sutton England. Over the course of a week I drank the bottle in the pub and 2 more from the shops. Brought 2 bottles home to Miami but they didn't last though I created a bunch of fans. My hobby is visiting local distilleries. THIS is the best vodka I've ever tasted! Try it with seltzer and no garnish, you'll be hooked or you don't love vodka.
