Chalong Bay High Proof is a hand-craft rum, made using sustainable production methods to create aromas of coconut milk, lavender, honey and grassy sugarcane that fill the nose. The palate offers notes of milk chocolate, coffee, ginger, nutmeg, chilli and sweet lychees that linger in the finish.
