This small Domaine in Picpoul is showcasing just how delicious wines from this region can be when made with care and attention. On the nose gentle stone fruits with notes of citrus, apple, white flower, baby powder and fresh pear. The wine has surprisingly good texture and very pretty fruit with just a touch of pear drop on the finish. This is a match made in heaven with a fresh plate of seafood.
