A Perfect Measure sample bottle of a limited-edition 2008 Tomatin single malt from the distillery's French Collection that has been finished in Sauternes wine casks. Aromas of peach, apricot and rich Manuka honey fill the nose, complemented by notes of coconut, ginger and peaches in syrup throughout the palate.
