A Perfect Measure sample bottle of 2006 Peruvian rum from Plantation that was matured in a tropical climate for 11 years, before being transported to France for a further two years of aging in ex-Ferrand Cognac casks. The palate offers notes of mango, roasted walnuts, nougat, vanilla and baking spice that linger in the finish.
