The first batch of Issan Thai rum from That Boutique-y Rum Company is an unaged rum made using red sugar cane from the north east of Thailand. Aromas of grass, green olives, hay, vanilla, butterscotch and blackberries fill the nose, complemented by notes of toffee, honeysuckle, blackberries, blackcurrant and damp hay throughout the palate.
