Gasper is located right on the Italian border and has an ideal climate for viticulture like its neighbour Fruili. This is a delightful Pinot Grigio with delicate notes of white peach and fresh pear and apple blossom. The palate is packed with flavour – lime zest, apricot and plenty of pear. This is an easy drinking wine that will work well with fresh salads or sashimi.
