- Nose
  
  Smouldering grass cuttings jump out of the glass – late summer bonfires. Roasted apples and pears follow, along with touches of sweet barbecue sauce and freshly turned gravel. White chocolate and black pepper develop, all wrapped up in a gentle sea breeze.
- Palate
  
  Rich and oily in texture with sweet and fruity flavours leading – apples, candied lemons and sweet oranges, with a side of poached pear and a handful of sultanas. Gentle smoke wafts through the middle: an autumnal combination of burning wood and leaves. Hints of sweet liquorice hide at the back.
- Finish
  
  Singed oranges and lemons slowly fade, leaving wine gums and lingering woody embers.
