A 2011 Folle Blanche Cognac from Domaine Michel Forgeron that was matured in French oak barrels for a decade, before being bottled in October 2021. Aromas of spicy oak and vanilla fill the nose, complemented by notes of vegetal, almost peaty, smoke, toasted oak, vanilla and hints of honey throughout the palate.
