Barsol was only established in 2002, being the reuse of a distillery (Bodega San Isidro) dating from the 1800s, which had closed in 1968 when the military government took the owner's land and gave it to the workers. Barsol Pisco Selecto Torontel is an artisanal pisco made from 100% distilled Torontel grapes from the Ica region of Peru. Try it now with this Perfect Measure sample bottle.
