I've just finished my first bottle of this stunning dram & luckily have another bottle left to enjoy. There's numerous flavours hitting your taste buds time and time again. It's a whisky to explore & savor, as those flavours come in waves & leave a satisfying finish. Even smelling the empty bottle is a pleasure in itself ! I think the price is par for the course at around £138 for a 23yr old bottled at 52.9% abv, non chill filtered, natural colour & only 853 bottles in total (what do folk expect). Buy & enjoy.......slowly

It’s ok, I get all the flavours as described. Definitely caramel chocolates. It’s a very ‘spiky’ though and for the price I would have preferred a much more ‘rounded’ effort. Yes the abv is up there but I was left feeling a little disappointed. At a cheaper price point I would have not felt that as it’s not a bad whisky and I did enjoy the barolo finish.

Nice, but fairly unremarkable and not worth the price in my opinion.
